Oh my god...that is one bizarre coincidence. In 4 days, my muse and I are flying (940 miles, $350 for plane and concert tickets) to see Children of Bodom, Lamb of God and Fear Factory in concert...and flying home 30 hours (and probably no sleep) later.

Incredible photo, by the way :D

lol, thats awesome! Where are you traveling from? To which city?

The concert was F'n awesome! Lamb of God and Children of Bodom rocked the place! Did you see the other photos?

Thanks, i'm glad you liked it :)

I'm travelling from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan to Vancouver, British Columbia. Everyone who's not the boy I'm going with thinks I've completely lost my marbles...and I'm inclined to agree, except I'm too excited to care.

....and yes, I saw the other photos, and they are fantastic.

This totally rocks!!! and your other pics are all great too!! i like the one with the phone ;) lol
Do you have any tips for taking these type of photo's? I can see you put the ASA right up... my camera just bleeps at me when i try to take shots in low light like this,or i have to use silly exposure times which i cant hold steady for, nor the subject stand still enough > .<

RAD. Finnish Metal! rah.

Thanks, I'm glad you liked them :)

Here are the settings:
- Put the camera in TV mode.
- ISO 1600
- 1/60 shutter speed

and then fire away, you'll get some dark shots, but that depends on the amount of light hitting the performer. and don't use the camera's flash ;)

I hope this helps :)
