Artist's Comments

The lock, the bars, the shadows of the bars on the horse's face, the bent bars, the horse sticking its face between the bent bars, the small dark room...all convey Sadness to me.

I sometimes wonder whats going on through the horse's head, then I wonder how the bars were bent...

i wish someone had the power to make all animals happy.. but that just cant be.

this is a great capture. you can feel the emotions straight out.

really makes you look into the eye of evils of humanity... but what I like most about this picture is the bar on the right... like the picture is saying "you could let him out"

This is really sad =( It really makes you feel bad for the poor horse, you just wanna let him out of there!! He looks so touchingly sad ;_;

Wow. Pretty powerful. It reminds me of those Animal Cops shows on Animal Planet. The people who neglect their pets and beat them should be shot and burned. Evil, stupid people. :-( Poor animals.
